  1. Currently I don’t have enough, just a basic first aid kit and also some clotting bandages. I really need to get this book to find out what I really need.

  2. Been many years since I was a paramedic working in the field but I remember some of the training. This would be a great refresher which is much needed today.

  3. I’m EMS trained, we have our own “House Kit” We love to hear from the doc, they are humuroues and informative

  4. Always need more information. Someone most likely has a better idea. I have some training, just enough to get into trouble.

  5. this book should also help in getting the correct and amount of first aid items for survival, all the “lists” and blogs are too general and do not realy explain what to use the items for or which items you don’t realy need.

  6. wife is EMT ++++ have some supplies stocked need a lot more , love doom and gloom videos thanks for the chance .

  7. I’ve been collecting the usual first-aid supplies (estate sales are great for finding gauze/bandages/etc by the box-full for dirt cheap prices!) and also books on herbal/natural remedies.

  8. I am a CMA and, and enjoy reading on how to care for people in emergency situations as well as using alternative medicine approaches for healing. I also grow and preserve my own medicinal herbs.

  9. I am a medical secretary with lots of common sense. My mother was an RN and taught me many things. I read constantly about medical issues.

  10. This would be an excellent book to have in my library. I’ve just started gathering medical supplies and need a good reference book.

  11. My daughter is training to be a vet – so we will all be heart worm free! We also keep a good supply of emergency medicine on hand.

  12. No matter how much I learn, I am always open to something new. I find I know just enough to get into trouble.

  13. Been putting supplies together since 2008. Appreciate the chance to pick up a copy of this book. FYI: Found a decent source of cheap medical/health source books at thrift stores. Can’t beat the prices! πŸ˜‰

  14. Hi Yall! Were just starting out trying to get ready. I am disabled and never see anything that would help those of us who are disabled. Products that are designed for the disabled prepper wise. Anyone know where I can get such information? I don’t want to be a forgotten soul just for being disabled!

    1. It depends on your disability I would assume and what you are looking for in terms of products. I know there are several firearm options for people in wheelchairs, but what specifically are you looking for?

  15. I have heard a lot of good things about this book. Have been wanting to buy it for quite a while but being on disability money is short. Would be a nice item to win.
